Privacy policy

How we handle your information

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains what data the website uses, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

1. Information you provide

When you create or use an account, you may provide your name, mobile number, email address, and password. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not displayed back to the site administrator. OTP login uses your mobile number and a one-time code.

2. Authentication services

The website uses Firebase Authentication for account and session management. Mobile OTP delivery and verification may use MSG91. These providers may process technical and identity information needed to provide their service under their own privacy terms.

3. Saved orders and order details

Draft saved orders—including selected products, quantities, customer/Kendra fields, and notes—are currently stored in your browser’s local storage. Drafts expire after 7 days and saved orders expire after 90 days; they can also be removed sooner using the website controls or by clearing browser data. Signing out clears the active draft. Avoid entering sensitive health or identity information in order notes.

4. Technical information

Hosting and security services may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages, and error logs. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

5. Cookies, advertising, and similar technologies

Authentication may use local browser storage or cookies to keep you signed in. Signed-in content pages may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, and use advertising cookies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this website or other websites. Google and its partners may use this information for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, reporting, and—where permitted—personalisation.

You can review or opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where consent is legally required, advertising choices or a consent message may be shown before relevant cookies are used. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.

6. How information is used

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To send and verify OTPs.
  • To maintain your signed-in session.
  • To provide saved-order and export features.
  • To prevent misuse and diagnose errors.

7. Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, such as Firebase, hosting providers, MSG91, and Google AdSense. Advertising providers may receive the technical and advertising information described above. We do not claim to sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

8. Retention and deletion

Active browser drafts expire after 7 days and saved orders expire after 90 days. You can remove them sooner using the website’s delete or clear controls, or by clearing site data in your browser. For an account deletion request, contact website support from the email associated with your account so ownership can be verified.

9. Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share your password or OTP. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Children

This service is intended for adults and authorised users managing medicine information or orders. It is not directed to children.

11. Your choices and contact

You may choose not to create an account and can use public directory features where available. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@pmbiapp.com.
